Welcome and thank you for your interest in joining the Mariposa Chapter of National Charity League! Below are a few notes for you to review before you start the application.

Please complete this application with the Patroness's (mother's) information on the first page. The Ticktocker's (daughter's) information will be captured on the Prospective Ticktocker Form. Once you complete the first step, the system will automatically create an account for you. You will want to make a note of your username and password for future reference. You also do not have to complete the entire application at once. You can log back into the members.nationalcharityleague.org website to complete it any time before the March 1 deadline.
