Prospective Patroness Membership Application

Introduction/Description

Dear Prospective Member,

Thank you for your interest in joining NCL, Inc., South Austin Wildflowers Chapter!

This site will walk you through our Chapter’s Prospective Member Packet which includes the Initial Application and a few other forms.

The deadline to complete these forms and to be considered for Membership in our Chapter is January 15, 2021.

When completing your Initial Application online, you will be asked to create a Patroness username and password which will be your future website login credentials if selected to join our Chapter. Please write this information down. You may also need it to return to this site to complete any unfinished forms before application submission.

The Prospective Ticktocker form will request a username and a password for the Ticktocker (your daughter) as well. This username and password must be unique and separate from the Patroness username, as your Ticktocker will use it to access their website account in the future. Please also provide a unique Ticktocker email.

Prospective Member Agreement (enter "South Austin Wildflowers" in the *Designated Chapter field)
Chapter Choice Agreement
Prospective Application Packet Certification
Sponsor/ Co-Sponsor Assignment (please note that this step will not be completed until your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor completes the corresponding Sponsorship forms)

The following step will be completed by NCL, Inc., South Austin Wildflowers Chapter.
